When you book a slot we collect your full name, mobile number, email address, and the name and ITS number of the players joining you. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we only store the payment reference returned to us.

We do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials at any point.

Your details are used only to confirm your booking, send you the booking confirmation email, verify your payment, and manage access to the courts.

Aggregated, non-identifying booking counts may be used to understand how busy the arena is.

We never sell your data. Information is shared only with the service providers that run this website — our hosting, database, and email delivery partners — strictly to operate the booking system.

The premises are under CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of all visitors. Recordings are retained for a limited period and reviewed only when required for a security or safety matter.

You can request a copy of your booking data or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for accounting or dispute resolution.
