Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. Once a slot is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred to another date or time.

Because slots are blocked exclusively for you the moment they are booked, payments are non-refundable — including for no-shows or late arrivals. Your slot ends at its scheduled time regardless of when you arrive.

If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, or if you were charged twice for the same slot, contact us with your Booking ID and payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed payments are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If we have to close a court for maintenance, a power failure, or any other reason on our side, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund of that booking.
